Shipping and Delivery

When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The full delivery process typically takes between 6 and 15 business days. This includes a processing time of 1–3 business days and a shipping time of 5–12 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Do you ship within Australia?
Yes. We offer delivery across Australia, and all domestic orders include free standard shipping.

Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our tracking page.


Returns and Exchanges

Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. No explanation is required. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How do I start a return?
Send an email to support@byaurellian.com. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

When will I get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued within 5 business days. The refund will appear in your account depending on your payment provider’s processing time.


Products and Sizing

How do I know which size to order?
Our clothing follows standard sizing. Footwear such as loafers fits true to size; however, since loafers have no laces, they should fit snugly. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing half a size smaller. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both centimeters and inches.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro.

Is my payment secure?
