Delivery Country:
We currently ship to Australia only.

Future Plans:
We’re working to expand our shipping zones to include New Zealand and other international destinations soon.


Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders – no hidden fees.
  • 💳 No Surprise Charges: All shipping-related costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Order Handling Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 10:00 PM (AEST) will be processed the same business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: Approximately 5–9 business days after dispatch.
  • Working Days: Deliveries take place Monday through Friday.
  • Disclaimer: Delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or remote-area delivery times.

  • Trusted Couriers: We partner with Australia Post, Sendle, and DHL Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
  • Insured Shipping: All packages are insured. If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our support team immediately.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

Missing Items

If you receive your order and notice an item is missing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@byaurellian.com.
Our team will investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.


Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: You can return your product within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customised or personalised items cannot be returned.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover all return shipping costs.
    • Change of Mind or Incorrect Choice: The customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
